Repeated no-shows without notice may result in booking restrictions. This helps us keep our calendar open for everyone who needs it.
Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee that Valley Tech IT will take on your business as a client. We reserve the right to decline service for any reason. If we are not the right fit, we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
Information shared during a consultation is general in nature and based on what you share with us in a 30-minute call. It is not a substitute for a formal IT assessment, network audit, or written proposal.
Valley Tech IT is not liable for decisions made solely based on information discussed during a free consultation. Formal recommendations and scope of work are provided under a signed service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tulare County, California.
