When you book a consultation, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number (entered during the booking process)
• Your business name and basic IT details (if provided in custom booking fields)
• The date and time of your scheduled appointment

We may also collect basic, anonymous website usage data (page visits, general location) through standard web analytics. This data cannot identify you personally.

3 How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, confirm, and remind you about your consultation
• To follow up after the appointment with any resources or next steps discussed
• To send service information if you've requested it
• To improve our booking process and service quality

4 Who We Share Data With

Your booking information is processed and stored through Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Bookings, which is governed by Microsoft's enterprise privacy and security policies. We do not share your information with any other third parties without your explicit consent.

5 Data Retention

We retain booking and contact information for up to 2 years after your last interaction with us. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.

You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 6 for how.

6 Your California Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know — You can request a summary of the personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete — You can request that we delete your personal information from our records.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale — We do not sell personal data, so this right is already satisfied.
• Right to Non-Discrimination — Exercising your rights will never affect the quality of service you receive.
